Exchange/return is applicable on damaged products or if we have sent you the wrong size or colour.
For an exchange customer should inform us within 3 days of delivery. We don't provide second exchanges. After 3 days exchange/return won't be applicable.

We do offer return and exchange:

1. In case, you have received a damaged product, a wrong size or a wrong product, you can send it back to us for an exchange/return. Return is not acceptable in case of colour issue.
2. You can mail us at anviyaclothing@gmail.com for an exchange/return request or can fill out the form for exchange/return.
3. Once your parcel is received by us, we will process the exchange within 2-3 working days. In case of return, refund will be processed once we complete the quality check of the products. It will be initiated to your source of payment within 3-5 working days.
4. The item has to be undamaged, unworn, unused, and with all the labels and tags intact to be eligible for exchange/return.

We strive to deliver products purchased from Hottieful in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your first order with Hottieful, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent purchases, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost.

1. If the order is cancelled, un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

2. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on our Returns Policy.
